So...the last few days I've started to learn some easy japanese basic phrases like sleep well and such things.
So I thought you would like it as well:

ぐっすりおやすみ= ぐっすりお休み = sleep tight
よいゆめを = 良い夢を= sweet dreams

so this 2 phrases are basically important to say something nice before going to bed.

よいいちにちを = 良い一日を= have a nice day

this one is just polite if you want to say have a nice day after a conversation.
